Exchange Policy

Our Exchange policy lasts for a period of 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original condition it was delivered to you in. (Customer must check items upon delivery)

To complete your return, we require your invoice number and credit card details for proof of purchase and also to refund your money once we have picked up your packaging

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Seconds Boxes

Ace Pack Cartons Galore reserve the right to ask customers what they will be packing in our seconds hand boxes and what they intend using them for prior to purchase as we have a legal requirement to who we obtain the seconds from.

Only new boxes may be refunded

Only new boxes may be refunded, unfortunately second hand boxes will not be refunded unless we have delivered the wrong boxes in which case we will swap them over for you and collect the returned boxes. It is up to the customer when buying second hand boxes from us to check the quality and accept the prices we have quoted. Some of our seconds are obsolete boxes or have printing mistakes and never been used however some of our seconds boxes have been used hence the requirement the customer must check them upon purchase or delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace boxes if they are defective or damaged by us prior to delivery If you have received damaged boxes or there is something wrong with the print or sizing and Ace Pack & Cartons Galore are at fault, contact us and we will contact you for inspection as well as collection and replacement details.

Returning directly to us

To return your product in person, you should bring your product(s) to: 12 steane St, Fairfield, VIC, 3078, Australia. You will be responsible for paying another delivery fee for returning your item if we have to exchange your boxes if it is deemed that you the customer made a mistake when ordering or purchasing boxes from us. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable. If you receive a swap over of boxes, the cost of return shipping will be billed to you and must be payed prior to delivery.

Our Exchange Time Frame

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Inside Melbourne metro and on shelf stock will normally be within 3-5 working days. If your goods are specialty items and are made off site the period of swap over or redoing a job may vary. And we will have to advise a time frame.

If you are shipping an item back to us via courier or post

If you are shipping an item back to us via courier or post you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You must arrange this prior to sending you goods back to us.

If your boxes arrive on a standard pallet

If your boxes arrive on a standard pallet you will have been billed on your tax invoice $15.00 + GST if the pallet is returned you will be refunded the $16.50. However failure to change over a standard pallet will result in the $16.50 charge remaining and being billed to you.
